The primer is going on! And finally, the piece over the door to restore the entry to it's original state.

 

Paint Me A Picture

The previous owner clued us in to a painting of the house that hung in the local Historical Society museum. Got a chance to check it out today! Some pieces of the original entryway are no longer there so it's nice to finally have that visual for when we get around to restoring the facade. We'd also been curious as to the original color of the house, which is now a very bright yellow with green shutters.
